Hayat Chedid

Transformation has been the defining theme of Hayat's life. Her personal and professional life has demanded many 'petites morts,' requiring her to turn inwards, dig deep and rethink and re-invent herself. Hayat spent 16 years in the chemical industry, where she held multiple Global and European leadership positions in well-established chemical companies like Cytec and Stahl and served as MD for BioLab.

10 years ago, Hayat decided to follow her passion of helping emerging companies improve leadership effectiveness, cultural engineering and board dynamics. Prior to co-founding Upshot, she led ScaleUpNation's Practice, co-developed its Board Masterclass, and acted as an Executive Coach and Facilitator for THNK.

Laurie Kemp

Having experienced the power of transforming your relationship to yourself and others, Laurie's made people development and behavioural change the core focus of her career. She spent the past 8 years working with entrepreneurs, scale-up leaders and change makers from around the world at ScaleUpNation and THNK as an analyst, business developer and portfolio manager. At Upshot, Laurie leads client engagement and is involved in Cultural Engineering and Emerging Leaders trajectories. She walks a path of business, spirituality and art.

Neena Madhok

Neena spent over a decade in fast-paced roles in investment banking, consulting, at corporates and startups at like Barclays, BNP Paribas Fortis and Expedia, Spandana Microfinance, HiPact Nigeria and ClearlySo, Europe's leading impact investment bank. The global financial crisis and INSEAD MBA forced a pause in her career, giving her the opportunity to look up from her laptop. This break led to work in social impact and a new career in Executive Coaching, which has been her exclusive focus for the past 12 years.

Olga Romanillos

Leadership Coaching

Olga helps leaders find the freedom to find and use their true voices, connect with their instincts and shadow sides, make radical choices, and truthfully express and act from their deepest core. For her, questioning the rules and beliefs we create for ourselves and those imposed upon us by our environments are central to our personal journeys of inquiry and reclamation.

Olga spent 20 years in the corporate world, across countries and cultures. In 2007, she became an executive coach and trainer. Olga supports leaders in aligning their personal vision and values with those of their teams and companies. Next to running a private coaching practice, she is a committed faculty member at THNK School of Creative Leadership in Amsterdam and trainer of coaches in CTI, California.

 

Pinar Ates

Facilitation

Pinar worked in the energy sector for +13 years, leading teams in trading, regulatory affairs and stakeholder management. Her focus has always been human centred.

Pinar most enjoys being the ‘spider in the web’, connecting different disciplines and removing obstacles to get things to move forward. She has a track record of finding common ground in the most difficult of circumstances, build long term-relationships and create win-win solutions for all. Influencing, is her superpower.

Challenges in her personal life made Pinar realise the power of the choices we make. How do we keep standing in the storm? How do we keep moving forward, even though we cannot? It has been a journey inwards and upwards that has shaped her view on life.
