Scaling creates new leadership demands for both the executive team and the organisational 'middle layer.’

We empower emerging leaders at rapidly growing scale-ups to lead themselves, build high-performing teams, and develop the skills influence, manage up, and get things done in their organisation.

 

 ✔ Peer learning from emerging talent at leading European scale-ups.

✔ A 5-month journey with 7 days of interactive, applied and hands-on training.

Fully tailored to the scale-up context, with tools, skills and frameworks you can apply immediately.

25-30 participants per class to ensure sufficient 1:1 attention.

Access to an exclusive community of like-minded peers. To date, 400 emerging leaders from 75 scale-ups across 7 countries have joined our programs.

✔ Participants receive a digital certification of completion.

Eligibility

✔ Emerging leaders at scale-ups with +8 years working experience.

✔ Professionals that have moved from a specialist to management role.

✔ People that can reflect, be challenged and are serious about developing themselves.

Selection

✔ All participants must pass an upfront intake to ensure program fit, quality and peer synergy.

✔ Scale-ups may send up to 5 emerging leaders per class.

Dates

✔ We run 3 programs per year on a first-come, first-serve basis. Class 8 will run from February to April 2024.

✔ We also deliver in-house Emerging Leaders Programs for companies seeking to up-skill many leaders at once (fully tailored programs).
